Just did offline testing for a couple hours, I think that's enough for me today.

Only made a few changes from last season and somehow I'm 1 to 1.5 seconds faster already! Still needs a little work to improve aero balance and stability under braking but overall it's pretty good now, will update later if I make changes.

Something is wrong with the link. I haven't done any laps here yet but I have plans to do it tonight.

Damn this track is brilliant! Even tho it is technical it is a blast to drive. Liking it.

Really nice design with those elevation changes and cambered corners.

Absolutely beautiful to see in person, too. One of the best tracks I've ever been to.

Nice times Were you practicing for race or qualy?

I don't know for others but my lap was with race fuel. I took your setup and didn't change anything .

My lap was with quali fuel.

Yesterday i couldn't sleep so made few laps more after hosted session. With q fuel i break into 1.9.6xx. I'm sure pole will be low 1.8 or maybe even lower for some aliens. I think race pace for top 10 in 1st split will have to be low 1.10 or maybe even high 1.9.

Today i will try to break into high 1.9 with race fuel.

Nice laptime Saso. Almost a second faster than me with q fuel.

Don't worry , it's quite easy to do lap under 1.10 for one lap. It's much harder to have tempo thru whole race like that.
And about chicane we talk about yesterday. Now i can go flat almost every lap, you just have to nailed turn in

I went lower downforce with my setup and now I cannot go flat out. But seeing your time I think I have to reconsider running high downforce after all. =)

(One might think why the hell would you run lower df on a track like this, but apart from that shicane it feels pretty good because of the camber in most corners.)

Hmm maybe we should use telemetry SW to see the difference between high downforce and low downforce.
I think relative high downforce will be better because there in no long straights so the biggest loose of time will be the fastest turns (chicane and next 2 turns). But i could be wrong.

I think Scott is the right expert here with his knowledge about telemetry

Scott what SW do you using ? Atlas or Motec ?

I'm 99% positive that high downforce is the way to go, but I could be wrong. I'll have a look through my data from last season to see if I tried any lower DF sets.

I use ATLAS myself. It's not very user friendly, but it's what I'll use at work so I need to know how to use it.

Nice, we have professional among us If it's not secret, what do you do at work to use ATLAS ?
