| Thank you Saso ! at least i can say i'm motivated and i work hard to improve !
i have improved my Q time today: 1.36.8 :-) (was 1:37.0 yesterday)
i'm rewarded: in race know i'm just behind the top runners like you and i feel i can fight well in the mid pack. A few days ago i was letting everybody pass me at start to be sure i wouldn't disturbe anybody ;-)
(let's hope it's not only due to a track that fit me well and that i will still be competitive in the next ones !) | |

| Np m8 ! Motivation is a big part of whole story. And I don't think your pace will be good just on this track. Maybe you will struggle on some tracks but with practice i don't think that running in the middle pack should be a big problem . | |

| You've improved massively in a short time, I'm impressed. Pretty soon you'll be up at the front of the field I'm sure | |

| In addition to practicing I think it is important to learn the basic theory behind driving a car fast around a track. That way you can analyze better your practice and progress. That also helps you dealing with setups. If you haven't read the book "Speed Secrets" by Ross Bentley (see the Books-section on the forum) I recommend you read it. Atleast for me it was a real eye-opener. Perhaps you already know the basic stuff and this info is no use to you. In that case you can ignore this message. | |

| I already send him pdf copy of it But like you said, it's much easier to be fast when you know theory of racing. | |

| It's so many areas of car and race craft that you are not aware off or you don't think about them. For example traction circle Now when i know what it is and how to use it lap times are faster and tyres grips much better then before This book really open my eyes too. | |
