Circle of Traction Empty
PostSubject: Re: Circle of Traction   Circle of Traction EmptyThu Oct 04, 2012 7:35 am

i'm already feeling the benefit !!

in fact i was taking everything the wrong way so far: i was "obsessed to do a good lap time", spending all my time looking if i was late or not, and was trying to be fast by "brute force" if you know what i mean. I wasn't patient to learn the track "slowly first". i wanted to be fast ASAP.

Saso told me once: learn the line and then push more and more, i didn"t listen enough.

now i take the opportunity of this new concept to learn (circle of traction), concentrating on each turn and not on the lap as a whole so far.

2 things i realize i wasn't doing enough:
* trail breaking: i was stopping breaking almost as soon as turn in
* combined acceleration and cornering: i was starting to accelerate to late (almost exit) and to brutally

i only did some laps, but i already can feel the difference !!!

Thanks again for the help !
